My Family's Visit: Volume II

Tomorrow is my birthday! I was so fortunate to celebrate it with my family earlier this month with homemade vanilla ice cream and a from-scratch Coconut Layer Cake with Raspberry Filling, which my mom and I made and giggled and squealed through the whole process. We get so tickled at each other, I think everyone else in the apartment thought we were nuts.

Josh won't be home for my actual birthday tomorrow, so we're having fun today! That post should be up tomorrow!
